Dementia Chinese Helpline

The Dementia Chinese Helpline is a partnership program run by ANHF and Alzheimer’s Australia NSW. The hotline provides important health information to the Chinese communities about dementia, memory loss, and the services available to help them in their own language. Callers who speak Mandarin or Cantonese are able to speak to bi-lingual trained staff who can offer information, tips and referrals.

Enquiries may include information about dementia, early warning signs, available treatment and services, Chinese speaking doctors, behaviour of concern, Aged Care Assessment Team, nursing home, respite care, and ways of reducing the risk of dementia.
